Two players face each other.
Round 1
They alternately count 'one', 'two', 'three' back and forth. The starting number naturally switches each time.
- Player 1: 'One'
- Player 2: 'Two'
- Player 1: 'Three'
- Player 2: 'One'
- and so on...
Round 2
The word 'one' is replaced by a repeating physical action, such as clapping your chest. 'Two' and 'three' are still spoken.
Round 3
Now 'two' is also replaced by a different action, for example stomping your foot. Only 'three' is still spoken.
Round 4
Finally, 'three' is replaced as well. All three numbers are now actions only — no words at all. The challenge is to keep the rhythm going without stumbling.
This exercise trains concentration and multitasking. It usually produces a lot of laughter when things go wrong.
