Car Wash
Version 1 (von improwiki, 09.04.2026 12:50)
This is less of a warm-up and more of a cool-down to enjoy at the end of a training session.
Players stand in two rows facing each other at arm's length, forming a 'car wash'. One by one, each player walks slowly through the car wash.
Each pair 'cleans' the player passing through. The first pair might do a rough wash (gentle massage), the second pair 'washes' (strokes) the upper body, a third pair dries with gentle tapping, and so on.
This exercise builds trust and creates a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to close a rehearsal.
