6-14 players sit in a circle on the floor. After a quiet moment (perhaps a breathing exercise), anyone who feels the impulse slowly and luxuriously crawls across the circle to the other side — like a relaxed beetle.
If a crawler encounters another crawler, they find a way around each other without speaking. This trains impulse, patience, and spatial awareness.
