Players stand in a tight circle with closed eyes or looking at the floor. The group must count to 21 together.
Any player can spontaneously say the next number — there is no set order. Numbers may come rapidly one after another, or there may be longer pauses. If two or more players say a number at the same time, the group must start over from 1.
The goal is to develop a group sense — feeling when to speak and when to wait. This exercise trains listening, patience, and group awareness.
