Player A stands in the middle of a large circle. A is the monster — arms outstretched, making terrible noises and scary faces, slowly advancing toward one of the players (B).
B looks desperately at another player (C) for help. When C notices the look, they call out the name of yet another player (D). A must now turn and advance toward D instead.
If A reaches a player before someone calls a name, that player becomes the new monster.
This warm-up trains eye contact, awareness, and quick reactions under pressure — all while being wonderfully silly.
