Different Reaction
Version 1 (von improwiki, 09.04.2026 13:55)
An exercise to practice strong reactions and clear characters.
A two-person scene is played. Player A initiates with a verbal offer. Player B reacts. After the scene (2-3 minutes), the group discusses whether B reacted positively or negatively.
Then the same scene is replayed — but B must react in the opposite way. If they were positive before, now they must be negative, and vice versa.
This trains range, commitment, and the awareness of how reactions shape scenes.
