Drill Sergeant

Similar to 'Yes, Let's!' and 'Simon Says.'

All players stand in a straight line as if in the army. The facilitator picks one person to be the Drill Sergeant. The Sergeant steps in front of the group and barks commands.

These can be typical military commands like 'Attention!' or 'About face!' — but also completely absurd ones like 'Scratch your neighbor's back!' or 'Pretend to be a melting snowman!'

Everyone must follow the commands immediately and with full commitment. The Sergeant can be rotated after a few minutes.
