One player passes an emotion (preferably positive) to their neighbor. The neighbor mirrors the emotion. Once both share the same feeling, the first player names it: 'This is shy' or 'I am shy.'
The neighbor then transforms it into a new emotion and passes it on. This trains emotional range and the ability to read and mirror feelings.
