The more players, the better. The first player offers their right or left hand. Another player takes that hand and offers their free hand. A third player takes that free hand and offers theirs, and so on.
Eventually all players form a long snake. Then the player at the head of the snake lets go, walks to the tail, and attaches there. The next player at the head does the same.
The snake keeps moving through the room, constantly reshuffling. This is a great way to get a group physically connected and moving together.
