Two players play a scene with a given title or location. Each player receives a secret subtext for their character — their hidden motivation or desire.

The focus is entirely on this subtext. The scene on the surface may be about making coffee, but underneath, one player desperately wants approval while the other wants to escape.

This trains playing with subtext and layered performance.
