Go - Stop - Turn - Jump - Clap
Version 1 (von improwiki, 09.04.2026 13:00)
Players walk freely around the room. The facilitator gives commands:
- Stop: Everyone freezes
- Go: Everyone walks
After a while, Turn is added: on 'stop', players turn 180 degrees before the next 'go'. Then Jump (jump once in place) and Clap (clap once) are added.
Advanced version: The meanings get swapped! 'Stop' means 'Go' and vice versa. Then 'Jump' means 'Clap' and vice versa. The confusion is the point — it trains concentration and breaking habitual responses.
