The group forms a circle and passes impulses using three different moves:
Wush: Swing both arms upward toward your neighbor (like throwing a medicine ball), saying 'Wush!'
Hepp: Throw an imaginary basketball overhead to your neighbor with a little hop, saying 'Hepp!'
Tippy: Tap your toes toward your neighbor while leaning, saying 'Tippy!'
Each move passes the impulse to the next person, who can choose any of the three moves to pass it on. 'Wush' and 'Tippy' pass to the neighbor; 'Hepp' can skip players.
The game builds rhythm, energy, and group cohesion.
