The facilitator calls out criteria by which players must quickly form groups:
- Everyone with the same eye color
- Everyone born in the same month
- Everyone with the same number of siblings
- Everyone wearing the same T-shirt color
- Everyone with the same zodiac sign
This warm-up works well for new groups as a way to discover commonalities and start conversations. It gets people moving and interacting with everyone in the room.
