Hand Snake

In this fast warm-up, the rule is that a maximum of three players' flat palms may touch at the same time. Players are spread around the room (not in a circle).

The first player extends an arm. The second player touches the offered palm with one hand and extends their other hand. A third player connects — but now the maximum of three is reached, so the first player must withdraw their hand and find a new connection elsewhere.

The 'snake' of connected palms constantly shifts and moves through the room. This trains spatial awareness and quick decision-making.
