Held Still Then Walk

A quiet body awareness exercise. Players walk through the room, then form pairs of similar height.

In each pair, one stands behind the other, holding their hips firmly. The front player tries to walk — feeling the resistance, the weight, the connection. After a while, the holder releases, and the walker continues with a new awareness of their movement.

Then switch roles.
