I Am Here Now

Players walk around the room, all speaking simultaneously in a quiet voice, narrating their day chronologically — from waking up to arriving at this rehearsal.

When a player reaches the current moment in their story, they stop walking and say loudly: 'I am here now!'

This exercise helps players arrive mentally in the present moment and leave the day's distractions behind.
