Two players sit facing each other and have a conversation about a mundane topic.
Then repeat the same conversation, but this time each player silently holds a specific thought or feeling (a mantra) in their mind throughout — for example 'I am worthy' or 'I am afraid.'
The mantra subtly changes how they speak and listen. This trains inner focus and subtext.
