Palm Touch

Two players participate. One leads, the other follows. The leader keeps stopping and placing one palm in a specific position and height. They then name a body part of the follower (e.g. 'left eyebrow', 'right elbow', 'chin').

The follower must then touch the leader's palm with the named body part. After contact, the leader moves to a new position.

This exercise trains body awareness, spatial orientation, and trust between players.
