Prisoner Walk

All players walk in a circle, one behind the other, like prisoners in a yard. They walk in a rhythmic lockstep.

When anyone in the circle claps, the entire group simultaneously turns around and walks in the opposite direction.

Once that works well, a second signal is added: stomping a foot means everyone stops. A clap starts walking again. The exercise trains group awareness and shared rhythm.
