Room Walk

Room Walk is a collective term for warm-up games where players walk around the room or stage. Some variations are quiet and relaxed, others can be quite turbulent.

They work well as openers for a training session. Basic instructions include:

• Walk at different speeds
• Fill the entire space evenly
• Make eye contact with others
• Change direction frequently
• React to the group's energy

The room walk is often the starting point for more specific exercises.
