All players walk one behind the other in a circle, like convicts in the prison yard. They go into a rhythmic cadence. If anyone in the circle claps their hands, the entire group simultaneously turns around and goes off in the opposite direction.
If that works well after a few times, you can even make this change of direction without a clap: somebody spontaneously turns around and everyone follows.
A rather quiet concentration exercise, which strengthens awareness and group instinct.
