Two or more players develop a scene on stage. Each wears a hat. The goal is to steal the other players' hats during the scene.
A player whose hat is stolen must leave the stage. The last player with their hat wins. The hat-stealing must happen naturally within the scene — no breaking character.
This trains awareness, physicality, and scene commitment.
