Two players are involved in this exercise. One goes first, the other follows. Again and again, the one in front stops (and of course the one following him) and takes a fixed position, placing one of his palms in any (but reachable) position and height. At the same time, he names any concrete external body part of the other, such as left eyebrow, shoulders (if necessary with both palms), tip of the nose, right forefoot, etc., with which he is to touch the presented palm. When this has been done, which may well involve some dislocation and effort, both of them again walk for a short time one after the other. Then it starts again from the beginning, but with a different hand position and height and a different body part, etc.
