Players walk around the room. The facilitator calls out numbers from -2 to +2, each representing a different level of body tension:
- 0: Normal, relaxed body tension
- +1: Slightly tense and stiff
- -1: Loose and soft in the joints
- +2: Very tense and rigid — walking becomes difficult
- -2: Extremely loose and floppy — almost like being drunk
The facilitator mixes the levels freely, switching quickly between extremes. This exercise develops body awareness and helps players find different physical states for their characters.
