Players are spread around the room. The task is to walk at increasing speeds. The facilitator calls out levels:
- Level 1: Extremely slow, like extreme slow motion
- Level 2: Slow walking
- Level 3: Normal walking speed
- Level 4: Fast walking
- Level 5: Very fast walking (but not running)
Each player maintains their own tempo within each level — speeds may vary slightly between players. The facilitator can jump between levels in any order.
This exercise develops awareness of pace, rhythm, and group dynamics.
