Water Plant
Version 1 (von improwiki, 09.04.2026 13:05)
Two players participate. One stands firmly with eyes closed. The facilitator describes the image of a water plant — rooted firmly in the ground, swaying gently with the current, responding slowly to any touch.
The second player then gently touches or pushes the 'water plant' from various directions. The plant responds with slow, flowing movements, always returning to center.
This exercise trains body awareness, trust, and physical responsiveness.
