Wink Swap

One player (A) stands in the middle of a large circle formed by all other players. The players in the circle try to make eye contact with each other. When two players catch each other's gaze, they secretly wink at one another, then both sprint to swap places. Player A tries to steal one of their spots.

At first, players tend to only swap with their neighbors — but as the game progresses, swaps across the circle become more common and exciting.

This warm-up builds awareness, eye contact, and quick reactions.
