Martin Esters of Fast Forward Theatre in Marburg and Abigail Paul of Theatre Language Studio Frankfurt are teaming up to bring the Applied Improv community a place to have an exchange of ideas. At this conference we will share games, exchange best practices, network, and continue to build this growing field. On October 10, we are also offering an opportunity to take a Master Class with Belina Raffy, renowned improviser in the AIN field.

AIN WORKSHOP SESSIONS (in English and German)

Session 1 - Game Swap - Topic: Awareness / Listening - What games help us to be most present with another person or persons?

Session 2 - Game Swap II - Topic: Constructive Games for Teams - How can we enhance the attitude of the team? How can I enhance awareness of destructive behaviour in teams and try to find solutions?

Session 3 - Master Class led by Martin Esthers - A chance for facilitators to experiment with games or exercises that have them given difficulties in the past or they would like a chance to refine. What exercises would facilitators like feedback on, in order to make them work better?

Session 4 - Open Space session led by Abigail Paul

Masterclass: Applying Improvisation Skills in Organisations with Belina Raffy – This workshop will explore core ideas to develop improvisation skills in others, including refining better communication practices, adapting to emerging circumstances, and applying improvisation to the business world.

During the day we will explore:

-ways to successfully bridge improvisation skills from the stage to the boardroom
-models which help people to conceptualise improvisation skills in an accessible way
-good games to use and how to set up and debrief them for optimal impact

AIN Regional-Konferenz Frankfurt 10./11. Oktober 2015

Abigail Paul vom Theatre Language Studio Frankfurt und Martin Esters vom Fast Forward Theatre Marburg organisieren gemeinsam eine gemeinsame Konferenz zum Ideen-Austausch für die Applied Improv-Community. Wir werden Spiele und Übungen austauschen und ausprobieren, Best-Practice-Beispiele vorstellen, netzwerken und dazu beitragen, das Feld des Applied Improv weiter zu entwickeln.

Am Sa 10. Oktober wird Belina Raffy, renommierte Expertin im Gebiet der angewandten Improvisation, eine Master Class anbieten.

AIN WORKSHOP SESSIONS (in englischer und deutscher Sprache)

Session 1: Spieletausch – Thema: Aufmerksamkeit/Sensibilität/Zuhören. Welche Spiele helfen uns, Präsenz und Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Gegenüber zu entwickeln?

Session 2: Spieletausch II – Thema: Konstruktive Spiele für Teams. Wie können wir die positive Grundhaltung eines Teams stärken? Wie können wir unsere Wahrnehmung für destruktives Verhalten im Team stärken und an Lösungen arbeiten?

Session 3: Master Class (Leitung: Martin Esters) – Hier können Facilitators mit Spielen und Übungen experimentieren, die ihnen in der Vergangenheit Schwierigkeiten bereitet haben, oder die sie verändern und verfeinern möchten. Für welche Übungen hättet ihr als Anleiter gerne Live-Feedback, um ihr Potential voll auszuschöpfen?
