Monologe mit Substanz (Sprache: einfach verständliches Englisch)

„Und wir hören die Gedanken von Frau Schmidt!“ – du wirst nach vorne geschoben und sollst spontan einen Monolog improvisieren. Aber was, wenn die Szene vorher wenig Inhalt hatte, deine Figur bisher noch völlig farblos ist und du keinen blassen Schimmer hast, worüber du die nächsten Minuten gewichtig reden sollst?

Nadine Antler begleitet in diesem Workshop die Teilnehmer*innen dabei, die Chance des Moments zu erkennen und mit Hilfe von einigen Techniken nicht nur einen Monolog mit Belang zu halten, sondern der ganzen Szene damit Fahrt zu verleihen und die eigene Figur zum Glänzen zu bringen.

Wir möchten jeder/jedem Kursteilnehmer*in ermöglichen auch individuell mehr geschult + gesehen zu werden. Daher werden ab sofort unsere Online Kurse auf acht Teilnehmer*innen begrenzt.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind:

– 2 x 180 Minuten Online-Kurs (12. und 13. September 2020 14:00 bis 17:00 Uhr)
– eine technische Einführung vor Kursbeginn
– der Zugang zur monatlichen Impro-Lounge

Substantial Monologues

“And now we hear the thoughts of the baker!“ – you are pushed forward and asked to improvise a monologue. But what if the scene before provided little content to go on, your character is still completely colourless and you have no idea what to talk about for the next few minutes?

This workshop is about recognizing the monologue potential of a scene as well as improving the skills and techniques to improvise a content driven monologue. It can not only make your character shine but induce speed and substance into the whole scene.

We would like to make it possible for every participant to be trained and seen more individually. Therefore our courses will be limited to eight participants.

The price includes:

– 2 x 180 minutes online classes via Zoom
– a technical introduction before the class starts
– access to the monthly Impro-Lounge
