Lisa Rowland | Energized Starts and Embodied Environments Intensive

Workshop

Lisa Rowland | Energized Starts and Embodied Environments Intensive

With an eye on plunging deep into a scene right from the very start and inhabiting a world with energy, momentum and commitment, Lisa will focus on scene starts, physical embodiment and connection with your partner. Specifically, this workshop will focus on “getting on board” in a scene right from the first moment instead of slowly ramping up, sinking into a particular moment rather than skipping past it to the next one, and how living in a rich environment can help both of those goals. The workshop will be a combination of exercises targeting these areas, and paired scene work aiming at employing these techniques.
