Alle Spieler bilden einen Kreis. Dann machen alle gemeinsam einen Wechselschritt mit Klatschen, der den Grundtakt vorgibt und die ganze Zeit über aufrecht erhalten wird.

Füße: links - ran - rechts - ran - usw.

Nun singt einer einen Takt in Gromolo-"Afrikanisch" vor, und alle wiederholen das Gesungene im nächsten Takt. Beispiel:
- Einer: "Umbwa Nugambe"
- Alle: "Umbwa Nugambe"
- Einer: "Salam bananu"
- Alle: "Salam bananu"
- Einer: "Ma O-Enu"
- Alle: "Ma O-Enu"

Die Übung ist sehr simpel, bringt aber ein Super-Feeling! Wenn das gut klappt, geht die Rolle des Vorsängers reihum, jeder kommt einmal dran.

Die Wiederholung gibt dem Nächsten ein bisschen Zeit, sich die nächste Zeile auszudenken. Das macht dieses Aufwärmspiel etwas einfacher als das Spiel Fortlaufende Geschichte ("Die").
