New: Training Groups with RSVPs

Sunday, April 19, 2026

You can now create training groups on improwiki — a simple tool to organise your regular rehearsals.

What can training groups do?

A training group is a private group for your ensemble or rehearsal circle. Create one, invite your fellow players — and start scheduling training sessions.

For every session, all members can see at a glance who has accepted, who has declined, and who hasn't responded yet. So you always know how many people will be at the next rehearsal.

Visible only to your group

All training group data — sessions, RSVPs, member list — is visible only to group members. Nothing appears publicly on improwiki. The training group is your internal space.

How it works

  1. Create a group: Set up a new training group under "My Groups".
  2. Invite members: By email invitation or link.
  3. Create sessions: Date, time, done — no title or address needed.
  4. Accept or decline: Each member clicks accept or decline. The overview updates instantly.

Who is this for?

For everyone who regularly trains improv together and wants a straightforward way to stay organised. No WhatsApp chaos, no Doodle polls — just directly on improwiki.

Give it a try and let us know what you think!
