Longformy
A group of actors originating from CILI (Ceska improvizacni liga, or Czech Improvisation League, www.improliga.cz) decided in 2010 to introduce long form shows in Prague, Czech Republic. Until then, the prevailing form had been theatre sports (improvisation matches and shows). The group started experimenting with the forms they found in the Internet, or saw in international festivals (Harold, Rondo...), but from 2012 slowly moved towards creating their own various concepts and thematic shows (ie. improvisation inspired by A. Chekhov, T. Williams, The Game of Thrones, by a painting, or set all in hospital setting, etc.). The group performs about one show per two months and since 2014 usually stages the four core members and occasionally some guests.
