The Court Jesters
Founded in 1990, The Court Jesters are a performance improvisation and training company, and the corporate entertainment wing of Christchurch's Court Theatre. Their flagship show Scared Scriptless is Australasia's longest-running comedy show, and is performed twice weekly. Friday night shows consist primarily of short-form comedy games and scenes, while Saturday shows are month-long seasons of long-form themed work. The Jesters hold the ITI TheatreSports™ license for the South Island, and facilitate the Christchurch TheatreSports In Schools programme. They are available for corporate entertainment and training.
