John Hanus
John Hanus was first introduced to improv comedy at Washington State University where he performed and directed the art with Nuthouse Improv over 10 years ago. He and his wife met there and decided to take their passion home with them to Anchorage, Alaska where they performed with various troupes around the state. They decided to start Urban Yeti Improv in 2013 and bring long form improv to the Anchorage market. With success on the home front, they are now turning to the festival scene for even more comedic inspiration.
