Walking Backwards
The "walking backwards into the future" is an exercise, but can also be used as a presentation.
One player stands at the front of the stage. Any six items that he has not seen before, are placed in a row behind the player. Now, the player begins to tell a story. At the same time, he walks slowly backwards. If he kicks an object, he lifts it up and tries to incorporate it into his story. The story should have a beginning and an end and, if possible, should display the typical narrative arc of suspense. So it's not about the names of the actual objects, but to tell a story.
For each scene let someone in the public give the six objects.
